What is return policy?

We offer free returns on all items.
– Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Returns are picked up within 5-7 days from the requested date.

How do i return my order?

Return requests can be raised using the ‘Return Items’ button on the help page or by placing return requests from ‘My Orders’ section on the website.

Return Policy – The eligible Return Replacement/Exchange is processed in 3-4 business days, and the replacement will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

What is the refund policy?

– Refund amount is processed within 3-4 days after the return pick-up.
– The amount will be credited to the Original payment method or to source account within 7 business days.
– For COD orders, we ask customers to enter their UPI IDs and the amount is refunded there.
– Refunds are sent to the original mode of payment for prepaid orders.
– COD Charges & Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
